Privacy

Draft policy for review. This explains our approach; final wording will follow.

What data we collect

We collect the information you provide when you register and build your profile (such as your name, professional details, expertise, standards and organisation), and basic technical data needed to run the service securely.

Public profile visibility

Members can choose to make a limited version of their profile public. Public profiles show only selected fields (such as display name, headline, broad location and selected expertise). Full profile detail stays behind sign-in.

Organisation visibility

Organisations can have a limited public page showing basic information and active opportunities. Internal management data, member lists and private activity are never shown publicly.

Jobs visibility

Opportunities can be shown as public teasers to help discovery. Full advert detail, application processes and candidate data remain private and require sign-in.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep the service working, and may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the public site is used. We do not sell your data.

Contact form data

Information you submit through our contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry and is handled by our support tooling.

Account data

Your account and profile data is used to provide the network, enable discovery you have opted into, and support connections and conversations you initiate.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we remove or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You control what appears on your public profile, and you can make your profile private at any time.
