Use of the platform
FoodACN is provided for professional use by people and organisations involved in food audit, compliance, quality and technical work. You agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms and our community guidelines.
Member responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for representing your experience, qualifications and standards honestly. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate others.
Organisation responsibilities
Organisations must provide accurate information, manage their page and opportunities responsibly, and only claim accreditations and standards they genuinely hold.
Public content
Some content can be shown publicly as limited profiles, organisation pages, job teasers and article teasers. You are responsible for the content you choose to make public.
Jobs and opportunity adverts
Opportunities must be genuine, lawful and relevant. Misleading adverts, bait posts and unlawful hiring practices are not permitted.
Acceptable behaviour
Behaviour on FoodACN is governed by our community guidelines. Harassment, spam, aggressive recruitment, misleading claims and misuse of member data are prohibited.
Account suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove accounts, organisations or content that breach these terms or our guidelines, or that put the safety or integrity of the network at risk.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to the content you create. You grant us the permissions needed to display it within the service and, where you have chosen, on public pages.
Disclaimers
FoodACN supports professional networking and discovery. We do not verify every claim made by members or organisations, and the network is not a substitute for your own due diligence.
Changes to the service
We may update the service and these terms over time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to let members know.
